I feel like things are changing everyday.

I'm doing a lot of thinking, praying, and self care, so I guess change is inevitable.

Theres only a few people that read these, so I guess this is my way of updating you guys, and checking in. :)

This break with Laramie is going to be hard on me. I am a strong person, but it doesn't make it easier.

A friend of his, Adam, reached out to me yesterday, and said some things that I really needed to hear. He talked about how Laramie needed this time to be able to love me right; which in a way, makes me love Laramie that much more... that he cares so much about me, to step away and work on himself to be the best for me. He said that Laramie changed when I came into his life; he was happier, stood taller, and when he talked about me his whole body language changed, in a positive light. Adam told me that when he spoke to Laramie that he was almost in tears, and he had never seen him like that. He said that he believes in Laramie and I, and that he selfishly hopes that everything works out because he loves us, and thinks that we bring out the best in each other. I appreciate Adam, his kind words, and his friendship more than he will ever know.

This conversation kind of changed my mind about everything that's happening. I am working on myself in the waiting to also be the best that I can be.

A while ago I wrote something for a friend of mine; things that I thought he needed to hear, and encouraging him to follow God's plan. I never gave it to him, and maybe that's because I wrote it for me, and I needed to hear it now.

- Identify yourself with Christ. In order to know where we are going, we have to know who we are.

- Submit your whole self to God.

- TRUST and remember that He is bigger than the problems we face.

- Always pray for open years, hearts, and minds.

Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own insight and understanding. In all your ways know and acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight and smooth."

- Spend time with God.

Romans 12:2 "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is- His good, pleasing, and perfect will, so that you know the voice of the Holy Spirit.

- Guard your heart.

- Be a light to others, and show His goodness through your actions and the words you speak. People should not question to whom you belong, and what you stand for.

- Seek His Kingdom first.

- Right your wrongs, repent... CHANGE.

1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us of our sins, and to cleanse us from unrighteousness."

- Our earthly life is SO SHORT in the comparison to eternal life... so seek Him.

- You can never stray too far, He is an "I don't care how far you've ran, just come home" kind of God. How lucky are we for that? It doesn't mean do whatever you want, but when you're going down an unrighteous path, do something about it.

- Even though our emotions get the best of us sometimes, understand that your relationship with God, should be the most important one that you have.
